Most of us aren't really hungry, we just crave food
Here are two things that I've found to be helpful:
1. Before breakfast, drink a small glass (ca. 0.1 liters) of soy milk every morning, and allow around half an hour for it to line your digestive system. Don't eat or drink anything during this time.
The first day you don't feel much of an effect, but from the second day on your hunger feeling is reduced.
2. A homeopathic product called "Infikausal" - well, at least that's its name where I live. The main ingredient is "Lycopodium comp." - whatever that may be.
They are drops you can get from a pharmacy and when used regularly, also reduce that horrible craving for food, especially for sweets. Very effective when you can't control that sweet tooth of yours ![]()
Ok, I'm off shopping now xx
