There's no way around it: the most important thing in losing weight is to start doing exercises
I hate sports too but asked myself this question: what's more important, my hate of sports or my desire to lose weight?
So (light) sports it is! Only some fast walking as a warm-up, then a few exercises to build up muscles (belly, thighs, arms), and then some yoga exercises to loosen up any cramped muscles (back).
And you know what? Although I still hate sports, I actually feel better now! Must be that flow of hormones sport produces
Do try it! And keep asking yourself the same question every time you find an excuse for not doing any sport

Most important to know it that when you exercise, your brain releases endorphins giving you a happier feelings. if you exercise for more than 30 mins you will soon crave those endorphins and therefor want to exercise..
