There's no way around it: the most important thing in losing weight is to start doing exercises :roll:

I hate sports too but asked myself this question: what's more important, my hate of sports or my desire to lose weight?

So (light) sports it is! Only some fast walking as a warm-up, then a few exercises to build up muscles (belly, thighs, arms), and then some yoga exercises to loosen up any cramped muscles (back).

And you know what? Although I still hate sports, I actually feel better now! Must be that flow of hormones sport produces :D

Do try it! And keep asking yourself the same question every time you find an excuse for not doing any sport ;)
