I was such a bad girl over the weekend! 
Friday was a holiday for us so I took the liberty to laze around skip the sports routine.
But I was HUNGRY!! Of course all due to the increased amount of sports activities and not my general craving for food *cough*
So I ate a lot: a large plate of oily Spaghetti on Thursday, and some Thai curry (not very good though) with lots of rice (to improve the taste) on Friday. Plus lots of the "normal" stuff
Saturday I was good and did my exercises in the morning. And then I just stuffed everything that came my way down my throat!
Sunday I woke up too late for some exercise (I hate doing them after 7) so no sports again ![]()
Then I ate and ate and cooked and ate ... *mmmmmmh drools*
Monday is always a no-sport day because - well, simply because it's MONDAY *brrrrr*
But I've cut down greatly on my food intake today, and will do some exercises again tomorrow morning.
And then I'll be back on track again ... hopefully ...

steam some vegetables and eat a chicken breast
that should get you back on track. i bought nettle tea today. it's supposed to help with weight loss...im sure it's vile but that's all the exercise im gonna do for now!
