I've more or less incorporated exercising into my morning ritual: I get up, take some magnesium (to avoid sore muscles), put on my sports dress and get going.
But I have to keep it an automation and not think about it. Happened Tuesday morning: I was wide awake an hour before I was to get up, and my brain was working. And it kept saying: I don't want to do any exercise, it takes so long, it's much nicer in bed even wide awake, I'm not in the mood, - and so on.
Bad. I didn't do anything, of course, my nagging brain had taken over.
This morning I made it a point not to start thinking about it, but just do "it" (exercises) instead. And it worked!
So let's all turn our brains off for an hour or so, and exercise!!

"Just do it" really is good advice. When I had to go to work every morning, that's what I did. I just got up, got dressed and left without thinking abou tit.
I need more exercise...
