Man, I've been sooooo bad these past two weeks (or so). No exercise and lots of food. Especially at night I just munch and munch and eat and gorge ... :roll:

Which is not very helpful if you eat a lot during the day too :oops:

Even those trouser that have always been a comfortable fit are now a bit tight. *deep blushes*

I just gotta reduce my "hunger". Which is no real "hunger", of course, just - hm, can't even say what. It's not "craving" either (at least not in my dictionary), it's just ... boredom? Frustration? No brains?? I just don't know.

At any rate, since I want to continue wearing my normal trousers and not replace my whole wardrobe, I've started drinking soy milk again.

Now if I can just push myself to do sports again .... :roll: :>>
