Three - I just don't get it.....what the hell am I doing wrong? (rhetorical question). I'm not eating much at all. Ok....moan, moan, moan....I'll give up sugar!

Recently heard on the radio (I think) that it doesn't really matter what diet you follow, whether you avoid carbs or fat or certain foods, what matters is the total amount of calories you take in each day.
Maybe you can reduce your overall calorie intake?
