Slimming World gives so many options which is true, but does not mix with my metabolism which is low due to non excercise of late.
Daughter and me on a veggi thing at present and that is working out.
Thanks though

Like you I do not drink milk, even soya...won't do for you...but I do boil a couple of eggs every other day and eat on the 'go'
All these slimming clubs offer far to much for my small metabolism so I have to devise my own diet.
Much depends on whether you have time to SIT and eat or have to eat on the run....

Hi there....
I am glad to hear that you do follow the age old advice of eating more in the morning and tailing off into the evening. Perhaps you could share some words of wisdom or recipes here?

I'm a member of a very popular slimming group that promotes being able to eat as much as you want of the 'good' foods so my breakfast is quite regularly king - like.
Bacon , low fat sausages, grilled tomatoes, baked beans and poached eggs quite often last me until dinner! more…
