Thanks though

All these slimming clubs offer far to much for my small metabolism so I have to devise my own diet.

Much depends on whether you have time to SIT and eat or have to eat on the run....

I have found toast and sardines a good one....also you know those MULLER RICE type Yoghurt things....well you could make some up (like the rice) and add whatever jam to make tasty..

A veggi sausage and bake beans or even a bacon toasted sandwich...then there is a HUGE MUFFIN OR TWO.

But remember...if you eat like this at breakfast an easy lunch is recommended.

Fruit always goes down well, so does a chicken salad

Plus wasn't allowed too much protein as it affects my kidney function as well.

Mind you I don't really eat breakfast as milk doesn't agree with me and don't have time for anything else.

If I have a breakfast bar its not enough for me and I'm hungry.

So any suggestions?

My advice would be to join 'Slimming World'........I have lost 2 and a half stone this year and can honestly say I never go hungry and I have a VERY hearty appetite!!

They have a plan called the 'Extra Easy' where you can basically eat as much as you want of the free foods which is just about every bit of fruit, veg, meat, fish, pasta, rice etc that you can think of. You are then allowed limited quantities of bread, cheese , milk etc but because there's so much you CAN have it is sooooo easy!

I always allow myself a treat night where I have whichever meal I fancy that night along with some vino too.

Give it a try xxx

In response to:What's in your breakfast?

Hi there....
I am glad to hear that you do follow the age old advice of eating more in the morning and tailing off into the evening. Perhaps you could share some words of wisdom or recipes here?
